Yo! Taxi!

Red Bull Stomping Grounds got off to a damp and windy start which left everyone wanting for more.  A long day out in the heat dodging thunderstorms and gusts of dust kept the action on perma-hold and aside from 1 beeeeellllion practice runs there was very little to point a camera at.  Can’t blame anyone but the wind really as the rain wasn’t much of a factor, however the blustery conditions kept the hucksters in check as it was just too dangerous to really get after much of anything.  Fingers crossed that Ma nature is more cooperative tomorrow as all qualifying and the finals are set to get done and doner starting at 9 am.  If you’re in Chicago tomorrow come on down to Elston and Augusta and check out what is shaping up to be quite the show.  Check some video from Day 1 here.
