Moose & Mosquitos

Oh…and a couple of flowers too.  Lonnie and Scottie agreed to be my victims up at Alta this evening, little did they know the insidious torment I had in store for them. Actually none of us knew just how vicious the little vampires were gonna be up there.  Someone could make a killing with a DEET concession stand.  The flowers however are full on EPIC.  If you live in SLC and don’t get up there in the next week to check out the double rainbow colorfest you’re probably going to hell.  Well maybe not hell but you’re missing out on one of the true gems of living here.  It’s like a Walt Disney movie come to life.

Once again the weather gods toyed with me.  All the ingredients were in place for an epic golden hour today but that massive storm over the Oquirrhs opted to jump the valley and pretty much kill any late day sun.  Not being one to argue with the weather we went forth and tried to prosper with what we were given and did so with great expediency as we were donating blood far faster than anyone ever should.  Full on Alaska style mossies.  I’m gonna look like I have the pox tomorrow I’m sure of it.
