Rabbit in the moon

Last Wednesday, somewhere on US 89 between Kanab, UT and Page, AZ, we pulled over and scrambled up a small hill to watch the moonrise over the desert.  A cloudless night revealed the full pastel range of the Earth shadow as the incredibly full moon rose from the horizon.  It was quite lovely.
